اخي العزيز ... اللي صاير عندك بالحاسبة انه البرنامج الخاص بفتح هذه الملفات تم استبداله عن طريق اختيار برنامج اخر من الاختيار open with وهذا البرنامج غير مسجل بشكل مركزي في لوحة التسجيل " الرجستري" لهذا من الصعب احيانا استرجاعه لكن اكو حل ان شاء الله ينفع

Review:
THE Textbook for Hospitalists
This is a great overview of the vast subject that is inpatient internal medicine. The young specialty of hospitalist is one that has needed its own dedicated text for some time. This second edition is definately it. While there is still some slight fine tuning to be done, Dr. Wachter continues to do great work for us as the Father of the Hospitalist Revolution that is occuring.
It goes without saying that Hospital Medicine is essential to the library of every Hospitalist, but should also be required reading by all Internists, FPs, and IM residents. This book brings together the various aspects of inpatient medcine from nutrition to the business of medicine to procedures and perioperative care. There are also very nice sections on critical care and cardiovascular disease as well as the vital role of consultation.

Review:
Outstanding Book
An excellent reference for the physician who cares for hospitalized patients. Just enough detail to care for patients of every severity and type of illness, yet not so much that you are bogged down in unimportant trivia and esoteric controversies. The book is up to date, and the authors obviously know their stuff. Things like indications for ICU admission and indications for discharge make this book invaluable for physicians who care for hospitalized patients. Now if only someone will write a similar one for pediatrics

In recent years, cytology has played an increasingly important role in the diagnosis of disease, particularly those of neoplastic origin. It is not unusual for cytologic specimens to be the only diagnostic samples available from patients with cancer. Many ancillary tests traditionally performed on histologic material are now being performed on cytologic specimens. One such technique, immunocytochemistry (ICC), has already proved to be important in diagnostic tumor pathology.
This atlas examines the value of ICC as well as its limitations in contemporary cytology. Methods have been refined and high-quality reagents are now available. As a result, technical problems no longer present a major concern in this field. This volume will briefly address the technical aspects of ICC by providing practical advice for the users and analytical aspects of ICC, including correct selection of markers for specific differential diagnoses and incorporation of results in final cytologic interpretation; illustrate the utilization of ICC in the resolution of some common diagnostic problems in fine needle aspiration and body cavity fluid cytology. ICC of undifferentiated malignant neoplasms, carcinomas of unknown origin, and most importantly its utilization in specific differential diagnoses that are based on cytomorpholoy and patient’s clinical history is also discussed. This practical handbook will allow for quick reference in the selection and interpretation of markers in specific differential diagnostic in the daily practice of diagnostic cytology.
